At Rvezy I created a style guide and collaborated with another designer in maintaining a pattern library that helped scale and speed-up the design process for our cross-functional teams.
Working closely with a PM, I conducted on-site and remote user interviews in all stages of the design process, from problem/thesis validation to high-fidelity prototype tests.
I had the opportunity to redesign the onboarding experience for owners listing their RV in the platform, significantly reducing time-to-completion and boosting the overall conversion of the flow. I also redesigned the flow for canceling a trip on the platform, providing valuable data and clear repercussions to owners. As a result, my team decreased cancelations on the platform by 19% and increased our GMV by 16%.
